Professional Architecture Experience Overview
I've contributed to the design and documentation of high-traffic retail, entertainment and education spaces, such as Dave & Buster's, Floor & Decor and the NYSCA. My work spans schematic design through construction documentation, and more recently construction administration. I strive for efficient workflows, lively team cooperation, and inter disciplinary coordination with third party consultants, AHJ's and client to support project delivery.

Compliance & Detailing
- Stair & Ramp Details
There are many aspects to observe while detailing for compliance. Assuring ADA push/pull and clearances are essential to usable and safe egress environment. As well as designing & determining allowable ramp and stair runs.

Code Analysis & Due Diligence
- Life Safety Plan
Ive learned how to tabulate occupant loads, allowable egress sizing, common paths and travel paths, etc. This allows for clear space planning and exit discharge balancing. Crucial due diligence for documenting compliance.

Construction & Process Knowledge
- Existing condition survey, site reports and drawing development
- Prototype bubble diagramming and space planning
- Design review board conceptual aesthetic planning
Whether ground-up, fit out or alteration understanding the goals and the needs of the program to produce high quality accurate construction drawings is what I have been honing with my experience involved on a national role out programs as well as Long Island shopping centers.
Design & Visualization
I produce in house renders, such as design options and full blown Design Development rendering packages. These renderings are some examples in a conjunction workflow, created in Revit, Sketchup, Lumion and edited in photoshop.
